I have no idea if his wife's number is available or not.

If that is his e-mail and he prefers not be contacted please remove it insha'allaah, please just refrain from contacting him unecessarily or passing his personal contact details onto others. Simply submit all questions via Islamqa.com.

Thats correct- if you submit a question through the English portion of Islamqa.com then his team of brothers translate and he answers so thats ideal fro English speaking brothers and sisters.
