Hi, I wanted to know about the use of the pillar, when the pilgrims throw stone at it believing it to be satan. earlier it was a pillar and now they have changed it to a wall. here are the pics. if anyone here can throw some knowledge on it i would be glad.whats the importance the pillar. why was the pillar used and when from which year.   |
