I heard when you look from afar, it looks like you won't find any space to do tawaf or prayer...

But when you actually infront of ka'abah there is always space for you to perform ibadah.

I heard it is because of malaikah (angels) are performing ibadah too.

Is there any hadith on this?

I've not heard of a hadeeth that says something like this. It's possible though, I guess.

But there's space there. There always is.
