How do I control worrying, impulsivity, and mental health issues in Islam?

Due to mental health issues, I am a compulsive worrier and very impulsive....I have autism, adhd, ocd, and suffer frequently from panic attacks.......I worry so much, about every little thing, and no matter how hard I try (I don't even know if I'd had the will to try) I can not stop worrying........it is destroying my psyche, and I am in a lot of pain.....constantly.....I am also impulsive, and I try doing zikr and nafl salah, but it doesn't work.........this often leads to me disrespecting my mother out of anger, or watching pornography, or asking girls at my school out (it never works Alhamdulillah, girls always reject me, I feel that is Allah's mercy, trying to protect me from sin)......I always repent, but I end up doing it again... I also can not wake up for fajr, because my medications make me very sleepy, and even if I have an alarm going off for an hour (like today) I still sleep late....the only exception was last Ramadan.......but that was mainly because many days I chose to stay up all night.....and sleep during the day.....what should I do?

I suffer from many of the same ailments as you (manic depression, generalized anxiety, PTSD, and psychosis here). It sounds to me first of all that you need an adjustment in your medication because they are not doing what is intended. Your medication will never keep you from asking girls out at school, of course, but it should help balance your thinking so that you are better able to not act impulsively. Also, you should talk to your doctor about your sleeping habits. You might be able to wake up for Fajr simply by going to bed earlier - remember, you can combine Maghrib and Isha and do it at the earlier time so you can go to sleep early, and this would be acceptable since you are doing it for medical reasons and not out of laziness. And do not hesitate to take a nap during the day when you are able, as this will help as well.

Do your best to obey Allah, have strong intention in pleasing Allah, adhere to Allah as firmly as you can, and trust in Allah.
If you fall short or stumble, acknowledge that you are weak and that Allah is perfect.
Everything will slowly turn positive, even your apprehensions, fears and doubts will be for the sake of Allah and therefore a good thing.

Beware of kaafir and munaafiq doctors, they are mentally ill and suffering from denial.
