As Salaam Alaikum my question if Im a Muslim a Convert/Revert my question is Im Male and I want to marry this Muslim Woman from Egypt she is 27 and divorced with no children was married before a Friend who wants me to try to marry her he says I need to talk to her Parents my question is do I need to be Wealthy or Rich to Marry her in Islam I feel nervous Im not upper income Im lower income I feel like not even trying any advice ?

You don't need to be rich to marry her. Provided you both are interested in getting married to each other, go ahead, In Shaa Allaah.
Dunyaa is not important.
However, before marrying, let her know what your financial situation is, so that there are no surprises or complaints later on. If she is happy with it, then have the Nikaah.
