    Marriage

If a non Muslim guy wants to marry a Muslim women and he is ready to accept Islam and ready to follow it. Is it permissible for a girl to marry that guy, and the girl is just agreeing for the sake of Allah and is it permissible for her to go against her family as the guy is ready to accept Islam? Will be the girl rewarded for this or will be punished?

Yes, as long as he becomes a true Muslim, she can marry him.

For a marriage to be valid, she has to have her wali's (her father's) permission and he should be present at the time of the marriage contract. Without her father's permission, her marriage is invalid. There's an exception to this which you can read here: https://islamqa.info/en/7193

In any case, you should always consult a scholar in your area. My suggestion is to involve your parents in your life and selection in a partner. Secondly you should pray istikhara, and until this person is a Muslim and practicing, you should not fantasize about getting married to him until he is fully suitable for marriage and your parents agree with his character.
