I have alhamdulillah recovered from pornography addiction (or it seems I have for now) but I have to tell you guys the cure. Allah says in the Quran وَمَن يَعْشُ عَن ذِكْرِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ نُقَيِّضْ لَهُ شَيْطَانًا فَهُوَ لَهُ قَرِينٌ ﴿٣٦﴾ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful - We appoint for him a devil, and he is to him a companion. (43:36)And indeed, the devils avert them from the way [of guidance] while they think that they are [rightly] guided (43:37)
I think pornography addiction is a result of this. People who are addicted to pornography are not renewing their emaan. As a result, the easiest thing to do is to listen to the recitation of the Quran with translation in a language you understand. This helps immensly alhamdulillah.
Go to tanzil.net and choose your recitor. Listen and follow the translation for 5-10 minutes minimum. Inshallah it will work.
