I actually wanted to do some research on this if i get the time. I have heard that masturbation can come with health downsides (such as the testosterone one you mentioned) which confused me because it is similar to normal intercourse. I want to see if it has something to do with the mind which is my guess. Since in reality, you are alone without interaction of a real, loving person
