The Logical and rational arguements /proofs for Allah's existence And Laws

I know that the Qur'aan is proof, etc. But I wanted to make this thread because I want my Imaan to become stronger. And because Allah says to think and not to be of those who do not. Allah gave us our brains.

I do believe in Allah, but I want my faith to become stronger (by reason and rationalé) I want logical proofs, etc. Like:

    1. How do we know Allah exists?
    2. How can we be certain that Allah does exist?
    3. Whatever begins to exist, has a cause, how and any proof / examples to make it easier for me to understand?

I know that there is reason in creation.. And I know that From nothing comes nothing, but why? Because if one does nothing, nothing comes. Like, if I don't do my homework, it wont do itself. Everything that has a beginning must have cause. why? Because, for example, if I never took action to type this post, it would have never happened. If I didn't do my homework, it would never have been done. So for something to happen there must be cause.

The more critical one is against oneself.. the less likely one will be taken off guard. I do this cause I want to make my faith more certain, and because I do not want to be fooled.

problems with Quranic verses [Allah saying hate the kuffar???] and if i recall correctly you ask some 'strange' questions on ummah forum too! [so strange infact i even thought you might be a hypocryt trying to put in doubts/'ideas' in muslims' minds at one time! ] [infact your 'hate the kuffar' dilemma was sufficiently answered over there and some months later you asked it here again hmmmm ]; this sort of questioning will destroy your imaan bro; you need to just believe and accept!

Allah created us to question. If mankind had never wondered what was on the other side of the hill he would still be living in a cave. If he had never questioned what seemed obvious at the time he would still believe that thunder was the angry voice of Allah. And, yes there will always be men who will curse those who question because they are ignorant and fear those with a brain.

    salamualikum wwb sister!

Muslims know about exisitence of Allah from their fitrah sister; infact Allah doesn't provide any proof in the Quran for His existence; He just says 'can there be doubt about Allah'?, because our fitrah is programmed to accept him by intuitively knowing His existence through the creation so it is very odd for a muslim to ask such a question

SubhanAllah, suspecting me for hypocrisy. Allah says that one should believe AND think.

you might believe, and that is good. But blind belief is NOT what Allah says.

Islam does NOT say just believe and close your eyes. Allah says in the Qur'aan "why don't you think?" and that He created signs for those who believe, and those who use their intellect.

Yes, one way is to know Allah through your fitrah, but surely Allah created signs in His creation.
    Allahu alam.

Here's something that should be studied in relation to this issue. Link to resource:

    http://www.whitethreadpress.com/imam...bar-explained/

    From the publisher's website:

"Al-Fiqh al-Akbar is one of the earliest texts written on Islamic creed and one of the surviving works of Abu Hanifa, the Great Imam of jurisprudence and theology. Studied for centuries in the Muslim world, Al-Fiqh al-Akbar offers a more nuanced, textured approach to understanding divine oneness (tawhid), the focal point of Islamic belief. It refines one’s understanding of the Creator, the messengers and divine communication, and enables one to gain much-needed insight into the realities of this life and the events of the hereafter.

Al-Fiqh al-Akbar not only improves one’s understanding of ‘aqida and deepens one’s appreciation of his or her beliefs, but it endeavors to address questions, which, if left unanswered, could leave insidious doubt and cause communal division. Such questions include: Where is Allah? Does Allah evolve? What constitutes true Islamic belief? Are prophets capable of sinning? Is there creation beyond what we see? What comes after death?

This translation of Al-Fiqh al-Akbar is an unprecedented contribution to the subject of ‘aqida in English. A lucid rendering, unhampered by sterile literalism, it draws on a number of commentaries to unlock a subject that has been largely inaccessible to an English readership. This is due both to the subject’s complexity and the lack of reliable works in English. Combining Maghnisawi’s basic commentary with copious notes carefully selected from ‘Ali al-Qari’s super-commentary and the entire Kitab al-Wasiyya of Abu Hanifa, this edition promises to be an essential guide on the intellectual and rewarding journey through Islamic creed."
