Transliteration ; English Translation: baydun ; eggs
Syntax and morphology: Nominative masculine plural indefinite noun اسم مرفوع
Example from Quran: Quran 37:49
كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَّكْنُونٌAs if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected.
بَلَآءٌ
Transliteration: balāon
Translation: (was) a trial
Syntax and morphology: Nominative masculine indefinite noun اسم مرفوع
Root: The triliteral root is bā lām wāw (ب ل و).
Example from Quran:
Quran 2:49
وَإِذْ نَجَّيْنَٰكُم مِّنْ ءَالِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوٓءَ ٱلْعَذَابِ يُذَبِّحُونَ أَبْنَآءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمْ وَفِى ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ
