After the hideous massacre in Beit Hanoun, which led to the death of Seven Palestinian civilians, including a mother and her four children, Ezzedeen Al Qassam Brigades launched a campaign as a response to the massacre, so Nine Qassam rockets and four mortars were fired from Gaza into the western Naqab Tuesday morning.

Al Qassam Brigades fired nine Qassam rockets at Sderot settlement from north of Gaza strip between 08:30 to 09:00 A.M, the Zionist sources admitted that the Qassam men shelling resulted some losses in the houses.

Earlier Tuesday, Al Qassam Brigades fired two mortars at Kessufim military site at 07:45 A.M, and the Brigades fired another two mortars at "Nabhan" military site east of Al Buriej camp at 07:40 A.M, and as usual the Zionist enemy hide its losses.

Al Qassam Brigades said in statement after the shelling " These operations are part of the response campaign against the Zionist occupation massacre which committed by the Zionist forces against an innocent Palestinian people in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza Strip. The massacre caused seven martyrs, a mother and her four children were among the martyrs in the incident".

Another resistance faction participated in the response, An- Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades claimed its responsibility for launching 6 homemade projectiles and two mortar shells at Zionist positions ,east of Khanyounis on Tuesday morning. In a statement , the Brigades said, "The resistance men was able to shell Zionist forces, east of Al- Buraij Camp with two mortar shells, Kibbutz Nirim, east of the town of Khanyounis with two missiles , Kibbutz Nir Oz ,east of Khanyounis with two missiles and shelling Kissufim military site, east of Khanyounis two with two missiles ."
