View Full Version : Temper, Stress and Anger

I get wound up really quickly, I get stressed and work myself up.
Yesterday something happened and my anger built up and up, I began shaking like mad, and cos I couldn't hurt anyone, I could only think of hurting myself. Even though I didnt do anything, I aint happy that I thought about it.
Are there any duas that I could read to help me???

Recite Al-Qur'aan sister. Read the translations and do it daily. InshaAllah, you will feel positive changes in yourself by the blessings of Allah and the healing He has put in the Quran for us.

If you have thoughts about hurting others or harming yourself, you should seek medical advice too.
