Right now, if you have 1 or 2 minutes spare because you're having a good day or maybe just a good hour in the day, just say a du'a or thank Allah (swt)
Just say the Shahadah too.
RIGHT NOW DO IT. IT TAKES 5 SECONDS

Here are a few things I'm grateful for:
For a couple of weeks, I was sick. And I remember regretting not taking advantage of my good health

1) Thank You for my Good health

I remember not long ago, I was suffering with some doubt. And SubhanAllah I found some answers to my question.

2) Thank you for the Strength to keep Going and reinstated faith

This evening I was hungry, and my mom got some food

3) Thank you for my mother and food that I was able to eat


I'm not sure I know the specific Du'as.
