First off, congrats on your conversion! May Allah guide you and all of us to the straight path. Secondly, I'll attempt to translate, but in arabic, sometimes words have more than one meaning depending on the context, so the meanings here may not apply to everywhere it's used in the quran. Also, some words have to be together to be understood properly.

surah al-kafirun

Qul- say
Ya- oh
Ayyuha Alkafiroon- unbelievers
La AAAbudu- i do not worship
Ma- what
TaAAbudoon- you worship
Wala Antum- and neither do you
Aaabidoona- worship(plural)
Ma- what
AAAbud- i worship
Wala- and neither do/will
Ana- i
Aaabidun- worship
Ma- what
Aaabadtum- you worship
Wala- and neither do/will
Antum- you(plural)
Aaabidoona- worship (plural)
Ma- what
AaAAbud- i worship
Lakum- you have
Deenukum- your religion
Waliya- and i have
Deen-my religion

Surah Ak-ikhlas

Qul- say
Huwa- he
Allahu- Allah
Ahad- is one
Allahu- Allah is
Assamad- (don't know this one, sorry)
Lam-did not
Yalid- give birth
Walam- and did/was not
Yoolad- born
Walam-and there does not
Yakun- exist
Lahu
Kufuwan
ahad----these i'm not sure of

surah an-nas

Qul-say
aAAoothu-i seek refuge
birabbi-with the lord of
an-the
nas-people
Maliki-the king of
an nas-the people
Ilahi-the God of
an nas- the people
Min- from
sharri- the evil of
alwaswasi- the whisperer
alkhannas- (it's one word)sneaking
Allathee- who
yuwaswisu- whispers
fee- in
sudoori- the hearts/chests
Mina- from
aljinnati- the jinn
wan-and
nas-the people

surah al-asr

WalAAasr- and the asr (evening time)
Inna- lo/verily(a kind of confirmation to stress a point)
alinsana- the human
lafee-is in
khusr- loss
Illa- except
allatheena-those who
amanoo- believed
waAAamiloo- and did
assalihati- righteous acts
watawasaw
bilhaqqi
watawasaw
bissabr----not sure of these

And Allah knows best, I've done this to the best of my ability, inshallah I haven't said anything wrong.
