View Full Version : Accept the blessing and make the most of it...

Use the blessings of Allah swt with gratefulness. Enjoy the blessing of water in your drinking, washing and ablution. Enjoy the blessing of the sun as light and heat. Enjoy the blessing of the moonlight as gratification of the eye. Enjoy picking fruits, crossing rivers, sailing the seas or travelling through desert lands and thank Allah swt, the Almighty, the All-Merciful.

Benefit from all these blessings, which Allah swt has bestowed upon you, and do not be ungrateful towards them. Do not be like those on whom Allah swt says: (They recognise the favours of Allah, and then they deny them) Surat an-Nahl, Verse 83.

Before looking for the flower's thorns, look at its beauty. Before complaining about the heat of the sun, enjoy its light. Before grumbling about the darkness of the night, remember its calmness and tranquility.

Why do people have this dark pessimistic outlook about things?

Why do people change the blessings from their course?

Allah swt says about them: (Have you not seen those who have changed the favour of Allah into blasphemy) Surat Ibrahim, Verse 28.

Take Allah swt's blessings, and accept them well at heart and praise Him for them.

"The transition from wrong to right is a long adventure, yet it is beautiful."

^ or maybe they keep makin themselfs goin through c.r.a.p instead of steppin out of it and rememberin Allah (swt) innaaay

like we cant jus sit here and expect to be guided, we have to work for it, like Allah (Swt) says in surah al mudhatthir

bal yureedu kulli imrin min hum an yutaa suhu fan munashshara..

meanin everyone desires he should be given pages, like everyone wans their own book sayin affirmin the truth of islaam, and tellin them to do this and that! but we cant expect that we ourselfs will get the guidance we have to work for it and then inshallah if we work good, we wil be guided

like it says in surah ar rad, Allaha la yughay yiru ma bi qawmin hatta yughay yiroo...

Allah (Swt) dont change the state of people until they change themselfs... so like a person cant say i wana be a scholar and not do any studyin,

so like i said, you gotta step out the upsetty mood and work towards gettin in a goody mood innaaay:D

Wa Iyaaki Ukhti Najla and JazakAllah khayr Akhee Chacha.

Well you know what sis....How about we try counting our blessings rather than the things in life that get us down? A little that makes us happy is better than a lot that makes us miserable. Lets be thankful to Allah (swt) for the things we do have.
