Really. Well, pure green tea does at least. However, you can also buy flavoured ones such as the following which may taste a little less 'yuck':

:sl: It may taste yuck but the taste can be disguised you can add honey and cinnamon and stuff. My green tea comes from Pakistan and i make it in a pan, you can add mint also..........
As brother Osman said you can also buy it flavoured, but in saying that you need to check the additives................
My favourite tea is Rhooibush tea. You can all laugh at me but i love it!The smell and the taste is unique.................:w::D

I've been drinking green tea with ginkgo lots recently to get me through my exams. :exhausted
(There has been evidence that the ginkgo helps with memory & concentration and it certainly seemed to work for me, although it may have been a kind of placebo-effect or symptom of positive thinking, but hey, it kept me going! :thumbs_up)
I really like the taste of green tea too, and white tea, They're very refreshing.

You know that a type of coffee has more advantages then this, which means that, that coffee is way better then drinking green tea. Isn't Green tea from china? Or at least originated from there? If that is true did you know that more then 80% of the things made from china are legal because all the illegal things are made by the poor.
