I feel really bad and guilty, yesterday I started prayin Esha and Taraweeh but half way through i got severe cramp in both my feet that I could not pray properly. It took me a while to get the cramp out and I fell asleep, I know feel really bad that I was didn't complete my namaz, how bad is this? what should I have done?

What the sister means is, you do not have to finish all 20 rakaats of taraweeh if you don't want to. In fact tarawih does not have any set limit. You can pray as many nafl as you like.
So don't stress :D!
Excerpt from Islamqa.com
The evidence that there is no set number for prayers at night – which include Taraaweeh – is the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Umar according to which a man asked the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about prayer at night. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Prayers at night are to be offered two by two (two rak’ahs at a time). If any of you fears that the time of dawn is approaching then let him pray one rak’ah as Witr.”

Keep the taraweeh and qiyaam going!

^ if your hanafi carry on reading 20. There are others who take different opinions on the matter but reading 20 i strongly believe is the safest and best choice, also it feels good :D
