As far as I have figured it out (don't use resizr.com) it's just an online tool to resize it ukhti. Then it's only temporarily available online, so you should save your resized image on your PC. So:

- use resizr.com to resize it
- save it to your PC
- do whatever you want with it. :D If you want to use it again, then you should upload it to imageshack, or tinypic or something like that.

Use photobucket. I've had paid accounts with them from the time they started and find I can do anything with the pictures even resize and edit them. the free account with them also do the same.

But you can choose an avatar from the forum list of avatar which i am sure you already have.
