I have been working in a company...just started a few month...i had found out sometime my manager quite hard to handle and telling why this,why that? why cant u order the products earlier before is finish...the ordering supposed to be incharged by my Supervisor...i said before i off for eid mubarak, i saw the product still have a lot...but then today today i saw is empty...i getting fed up...with my supervisor never order the product..everyday staff asking me for the products cause i was in admin department...my manager quite fussy and always i only got scolding and my supervisor...relax only...really not fair...:blind::raging:
lol try talking to your supervisor/manager? :p maybe the problem lies in them being unaware of their carelessness? talk to them in a nice and non confrontational matter I'm sure they'll start to see things through your way once they understand what it is they're doing wrong? bothering you? perhaps you can come to an understanding that will make the working environment you're all from a lot more effective? :)
