074.039 : Except the Companions of the Right Hand.
074.040 : (They will be) in Gardens (of Delight): they will question eachother
074.041 : And (ask) of the Sinners:
074.042 : "What led you into Hell Fire?"
074.043 : They will say: "We were not of those who prayed"

JazakAllah khayr akhee.
Reminds me of all the crazy places I've never prayed...On the day when the earth will testify....I pray we're all rewarded for the pieces of earth we've prayed on. Ameen.

That is so true there really isn't any excuse to miss a prayer. Allah has made this whole world a place to pray. This makes us think of how many times we have missed a prayer simply because we aren't at home or at the masjid.
Thanks for sharing,
I wish you the best

Bukhari 1:331, Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
... The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.

Muhammad Ibn Sinan, i.e., al-`Awqi told us, Hushaym told us; and Sa`id Ibn an-Nadr told me, Hushaym informed us that Sayyar informed us, Yazid, i.e., Ibn Suhayb al-Faqir told us, Jabir Ibn `Abd Allah told us:
The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any amongst the Prophets before me. These are:
1. Allah made me victorious by awe for a distance of one month's journey.
2. The earth has been made for me [and for my followers] a masjid and a means of purification. Therefore, my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
3. The booty has been made halal for me and was not made so for anyone else.
4. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation exclusively but I have been sent to all mankind.
5. I have been given the right of intercession.

He don't look like he's praying... :? Are you allowed to keep shoes on when praying?

Wallahu A'lam sis. You can see he's praying on the bare ground, with no mat. He's got a book infront of him ... I guess its diff to praying inside a masjid where you have to remove shoes, or even at home. Wallahu A'lam though.
