I just finished translating Surah Yaseen being recited by our former Imam. He is really amazing.
His name is Abdi Shakur. He is Somali and moved to Canada from Somalia to several years back. In 2005-2007 he was the Imam at our Masjid here in Toronto. Last year though he moved to the America where he was invited to be the Imam for one of the larger mosques.
Praying Taraweeh behind him was so amazing.
