you needn't change it, sounds good enough, think of whomever gave it to you and what it means to them.

What about naming yourself after one of the Ummul Mu'mineen (Mothers of the Believers)?
Khadijah
'Aisha
Safiyya
Hafsa
Zainab
Saudah
Juwairiyyah
or other righteous women?
Assiyah (wife of Pharoah)
Maryam (Mother of 'Isa/Jesus)

Asslamu Alaykom :)
Your name is Tiffany so I thought you might want a name that shares at least a few letters with it, and for that I recommend "
Tasneem" which was mentioned in the Holly Qor'an. "
Tasneem"
literally means "rich and elevated but
it's also a name of a fountain in Jannah.
Here is how it's written in Arabic
تسنيم

I dont know where abouts you live but in the uk you can change your name by deed poll for £10, then you just have to change your Passport and Drivers licence, to do this would cost no more than £100, banks will obviously change names for free! xx
