my lack of memory in remembering anything Islamic that i have read/heard is just ridiculous.
seriously, i dnt even remember something i may have read even 2 hours ago :-[
i mean i would remember where i got a certain article from, (i.e a a source) or to look up something, etc if i was asked to...but to remember what the article actually said, is really hard. and i just feel that im wasting my time seeking knowledge if i cant even remember it.
Only Allah knows the answer to that and everything else. Make astaghfaar frequently inshaAllah.
Soak seven almonds and night. Peel them in the morning and eat at least half an hour before breakfast. This will improve your memory. Other causes for bad memory can be physical. So follow a healthy diet and exercise to improve general health inshaAllah.
