My Tread havent shoved up after 18 hours

18 hours ago I posted few questions about Quran, but I don't see it anywhere. Maybe I made some mistake or did something wrong. It had to be under Discover Islam section, but I don't see it there.

thats what happens to mine sometimes but it dose come at the end but mine dosnt 18 hours.....

It finally got approved. At first two days for approving seemed a bit long time, but then I started to think about paper letters and that they travel several days and sometimes even week. So, it's all OK
