Allah created every single thing that you see and do not see. He doesn't need to construct things like we do by hiring builders or the like, Allah just has to say "Be" and it will come to existance.

2) If so, Who did create Allah ? and How was it done?
No one created Allah.
The Proohet (saw) said: “The Shaytaan will come to one of you and say, ‘Who created such and such?’ until he says to him, ‘Who created your Lord?’ When it reaches that stage, let him seek refuge with Allaah [say A’oodhu Billaahi min ash-shaytaan ir-rajeem = I seek refuge with Allaah from the accursed Shaytaan] and stop thinking about it.”

For us to worship Him.
I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. [Surah Dhariyat 51:56]
