This is just a reminder to those who don't eat their 5 a day! (5 portions of fruit or vegetables)

I have started about a month ago eating my 5 a day each nd every single day, nd wow u feeel much better! Full of energy, provides u with plenty of fibre, fights of nasy cancers and heart diseases, almost to good to be true huh? But it is true :D nd one thing fruit taste sooo good, that i can not just enjoy having a my 5 a day without reminding u lot.

So from now on, start inshAllah nd feeeeel the difference :)

Yes I hate bananas, apples are my kind. I usually eat 2 apples,1 orange and 2 carrots so that's my 5 a day.

:sl: JazakAllaah khair for the reminder akhee, I have banana with every meal lol. Mostly because it's a cultural thing. Fruits and vegetables really help keep your skin smooth and purifies your body of toxins. :)

hamdulilah i have had every type of fruit available in cardiff :D (my ambition is to have tried each nd every fruit on earth inshAllah)

aah subhanAllah, my uncle is married to a somalian women, and i was down their house and they eat banana's after each meal or during the meal. It was good with me because i am a big fan of banana's.

Yep they fully ripe, i think they are bit sweeter but thats me, also they are nicer in drinks cuz they give it this exotic pinky colour :)

I can see yellow watermellons, custard apples, dragonfruits, pineapple, apple, mangos, grapefruit, longan. I dnt know what the rest is but looks extremely tasty, maybe some one can help indentify some of these fruits? Cuz i would love to try em esp the white on top corner.
