Allah, be He exalted, told us in the Koran that the higher we go above the earth, the less the air pressure is. He, be He exalted, said" and those whom He will to leave straying, He makes their breasts close and constricted as if they had to climb up to the skies" (An'am, verse 125). What we have learned now that oxygen, which is vital for breathing, as well as the air in general, gets less as we rise above the surface of the earth. Therefore, the higher we get above the earth, the more choked we feel; we even can even develop asphyxia. This verse of the Koran is one of the miracles which prove the reliability of the prophet's Divine Call, and a testimony that the Koran was revealed from the Lord of Heavens and Earth

You don't think this 'miracle' might have been discovered by just about anybody who decided to climb a mountain? I don't see any reference to 'air pressure', just to the effects of high altitude on the human body.

What mountain climbing do you reckon took place in Arabia? considering the verse doesn't mention 'mountain climbing' at all
Was it discovered by everyone having ever climbed a mountain? Perhaps, but I am too lost in Christendom's obfuscation as to whether or not women had souls or are akin to animals, to the discovery that hand washing prevents infections by Dr. Semmelweis sometime in the mid 19th century to ponder the simplicity of that 'discovery' .

People who live at high altitude at all times are already adapted and thus don't feel it. If you'd like I can get into the pathophysiology of that!

So the questions will remain for you to ask yourself before parting with your wisdom
1- What mountains has the prophet PBUH climbed in KSA?
2-What is the point of incorporating such a verse in the Quran so that it fits in syntax, rhyme, meaning, coherence and wisdom so that this book becomes the Constitution so to speak for billion to live by.
3- How is incorporating a very occult physiological event discovered by modern science relevant circa 600AD?
4- If you have studied anything to do with law of probabilities you'd know that coming up with one correct event after the next no matter how 'natural' it appears to you becomes reduced it to an infinitesimal number.
5- and lastly why come up with all of this only to die a pauper with your armor pawned to a Jew?

cheers

In order for your chest to be constricted, you must ascend the mountain at a rapid pace. You can't climb a mountain fast enough to experience that because you acclimate as you go.
