Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right section, recently went to this sylheti families house for a party and their food was lovly, can someone give me some sylheti cooking recipes for meat, chicken, fish and vegetable, thier method of cooking and what masalas are used in what ratio etc. their curry wasnt to runny or anything thanks

most sylheti's use different recipes,
ive never tasted the same food twice in different houses.
it ALWAYS tastes different, they all make alterations. :ooh:
