She lost her job because she does not speak fluently.whenever she wants to speaks, she feels she blocked.is there any remedy

Does the sister have a stuttering problem? Is she shy? Has she tried to take course to help her better learn the language?

I know someone after he was retained for a job, he was rejected during his undergoing training.His trainer told that person that he is sometimes blocked therefore he is not suitable to take this job.
