pls translate these dua into arabic?

salaam alaikum,

can any of you write these dua's in arabic and english transliteration?
pls use very simple arabic.

1. O my Rabb, take me as a martyr while i am in a state of prostration.

2. O Allah, make me do good deeds which i dont know and bad deeds which i know and so i seek your forgiveness.

i can't translate it in fus7a....but i will try.....ya rabbi ta9abal mni shahadatan 7eena asjood id ja'a li al moot.......thats my best shot :) .second one some1 else can try :)
