Hi Sahabiyaat!

I just posted this on a similar thread..... I've just finished my exams and drank green tea with ginkgo a couple of times a day as it's said to help with memory and concentration. Well it felt like it worked, I remembered dozens of theorists, theories and dates, although it could be down to the placebo-effect I must admit... or good old PMA (postitive mental attitude!)

Placebo-effect or not though, it seemed to work for me!

:)

Oh well I suppose I can live without gold! :statisfie

Not sure if Twinings do it, but I got mine from my local health food shop, it's called Qi Organic Fairtrade Tea. Or there's a brand called Dr Stuart that you can get in all supermarkets too! Both are reputable brands.

Hope this helps... I'm a big fan of natural products.

PS Sorry for disrupting this thread! :X
