:sl:

get ready...

Son asked his mother the following question:

'Mum, why are wedding dresses white?' The mother looks at her son and replies,

'Son, this shows your friends and relatives that your bride is pure.'

The son thanks his Mum and goes off to double-check this with his father.

'Dad why are wedding dresses white?'

The father looks at his son in surprise and takes him on a walkabout,

He shows him the fridge and asks him what is the colour, towhich the son replies : ' WHITE '.

he does the same for the dishwasher,

the washing machine,

the stove, etc etc.

Then he tells the son:

'Son, all household appliances come in white.'

;D :ooh: :-[

But that's old. Nowadays most household appliances come in grey/black. Mostly in grey.

Uhm, actually you'll find that most white appliances are out of market. Just like almost all TVs are now black. *_*

White gets scratched easily, looks ugly, and is simply disgusting.

Grey fridge:

Grey washing machine:

Grey dishwasher:

ho~ I worked in an electronics store and guess what most of the customers preferred ?

oke , There are some Grey American Fridges that are rising in the market but those are not as popular as the whites.

The newest appliances that came into market are white

TV's are not household appliances btw.

^No, but it is an electrical appliance. And I was giving an example.

People in Holland must have bad choice in colors.

Besides, ta-da:

And even though white is traditional, nowadays wedding dresses come in red, blue, pink, green etc. Whereas tuxedos are still grey/black/white.

Kamikorosu yo Guu-chan =_= But I don't pick the colors... The designers do. And they create what the general public want.

Usually... But not always.
Black = Normal/suitable/perfect.

Grey/white is however not.

Pink is girly, so I suppose that justifies the color?

Grey/white is however not.
Yet there are many.

Men in white:

Women in black:

^It's read/gold for the Asian culture. Normally.

And cream/beige for the Arabs, I think?

My bad, shouldnt have said weird, I jus forgot the exact word and was lazy to scroll up :-[

White isn't the standard color, it's the standard color in places like the USA or something.

Yes red traditionally for Asians...but thats changed too. Been changed for a while.
