Can a young muslim man who wasnt circumcised at birth, do his prayers? (And if so are his prayers valid)

I know circumcision isnt mentioned in the quran however i know many muslims believe that male muslims should be circumcised for health reasons.

Circumcision is not compulsory in Islam but it is an important ritual aimed at improving cleanliness. It is strongly encouraged but not enforced.

It is highlighted in the Sunnah (the Prophet Muhammad's recorded words and actions).

Your prayers are still valid from what I know.
