When after death in any situation which the angel of death takes the soul away from the body via the head.

So, for that situation, i v heard that there will be punishment in the grave.

and when the body is buried in, the soul wanders around for a few days then back to the body when it is fully buried?

I m confused about the soul and the grave situation.

Please correct me.
