my immue(digesive) system is weak should i eat black seed?

asa ever one.
I want to say that my digesive system is very weak so and also i feel loss of apitite and i didnot even feel much hunger and i am also oin to gym because o it my sports are being effected so i should start eating black seed.I have black seed and cocetrated black seed oil drops.If i eat it in yougurt will my digesive system strength will increase i will eat it in yougurt if i eat one tea spoon of black seed one time and 5 drops of black seed oil 3 times total 15 drops daily and one tea spoon daily please i need helpful advice

in the yougurt is it good for me is it good in all cases bowels infection and etc

you need to see your GP.. you can't simply diagnose yourself with a digestive infection.. yes eating healthy good is good for you..

now i am starting to take to tea spoon of regular black seed once daily and 15 drops of ols daily in yougurt or in milk or with olive oil

It's not too much, thats the recommended amount on the bottle/box.
