It depands from the moon as far as I know.

It depends on moon sighting . If u can see new moon on 29th Shaban , then the next day is 1st day of Ramadan . If sky is clouded and we can't see moon , then we must complete the 30 th days of Shaban , then will start holy Ramadan . So , it's not possbile anyone to give u the exact date now :)

The first day of Fasting will either be Friday 21st or Saturday 22nd depending on the sighting of the moon.
