I've never understood this. Land was taken from the Palestinians and other Arab nations to make Israel, and now the Jewish court rules in favor of the Jews and claim "their" land was annexed by Jordan and they rightfully claimed it back. Okay then.
I have to agree with the international community's reaction to this.

Yes, Melanie Phillips was correct. The house had been bought by the Jews before 1948 and when Jordan occupied and removed the Jews out of East Jerusalem the house was allocated to a Palestinian family who were told to register the lease but never did. The surrounding 28 Palestinian families had registered and paid their rent so were not removed as they were protected tenants.
This has been ongoing for thirty years - the family had been evicted before for non payment of rent but had moved straight back in so this time the police went round and moved the Jewish people in before the Palestinian family had a chance to move their belongings back into the house. Its a worldwide problem - pay your rent or face eviction.
