I wrote a reply to this, and just as I was about to post my battery went dead. imsad
I dont know if people remember me. But im ready to take islam on, I am ready to take Allah seriously. I want to become a good Muslim, people can look up to me. I want my Allah to inshallah fix the problems in my life. Inshallah.
Welcome back! :)
It's great to hear from you again, and mashaa'Allaah with such a positive intention too, may Allah swt accept and grant us all hidaayaah.
Learning Namaz (I know Namaz, Allhumdillia, but I want to ensure I am not making any mistakes for the Ramadan period)
The best thing to do, is to speak to a local scholar, or the Imaam of the local Masjid, it requires a bit of time and effort, but it's well worth it, and in my opinion better than taking advice from a computer screen.
Nasheeds, that I can play loud instead of my stupid music.
I'm not really a fan of Nasheeds, so can't be of much help. There should be some good threads and links in the Islamic Multimedia section.
Links to lectures or questions asked by muslims, and answers. I want simple answers, and not links to the Qu'ran As I do not understand it.

I'd reccomend the 'The True Servants Of Rahmaan' set on Fisabeelillah :thumbs_up
I have made alot of excuses in my life, and I have done everything wrong in my life. i want to change and I want to start now Inshallah
I just want to give some points from advice that was given to me; sometimes when a person wants to change they try to do everything at once, Tahajjud, long Nafil Salaah, etc and so on, and this usually lasts for a few days, and the everything go's back to square one.
What i'm trying to say is start of with the basics, ensure that all the 5 Fardh Salaah are offered on time, and make Duaa to Allaah, 'O Allaah keep me firm on the deen'..and slowly slowly increase in your ibaadaah. Be regular, for example make a habit of reciting the Qur'an at least once in a day, even if it's just half a page, but be regular.
Also make the most of Ramadhaan!
