You cannot fast at night and eat after sunrise, but you must fast like other people, from subuh till maghreeb. If you work at night you can sleep at day but you must wake up for shalaah duhur and ashar.

When I was in high school, my class had asked this question to our Islamic teacher.
Sleep at day in ramadhan is 'makrooh'. This mean allowable but it's better if we don't do it.
If we sleep at day, we have no time for work, for study and for daily activities. But this valid only for Muslim/Muslimah who has activity at day. My teacher said, fasting is not a reason for laziness.
However, if you must sleep at day, that is not because you are lazy. But because you need to take a rest.
