This isn't to inspire anyone to leave Islam, so please don't put in quotes here that says something like "Islam is evil" or some crap like that. This is for books you find a lot of wisdom in, and quotes. This was inspired by Umar^111 his topic is here: http://www.islamicboard.com/general/...ds-wisdom.html.

I find some wisdom in these books: Tao Te Ching, The Bible, The Quran, Tao of Pooh and Te of Piglet, and other books.

Here are some quotes.

"Holding a cup and overfilling it,
Cannot be as good as stopping short,
Pounding a blade and sharpening it,
Cannot be kept for long" -TTC, Page 9, 1'st Paragraph.

Moderation is major in life. You can find this very "related" if your a energy saver.

I would do more, but I am tired, I will add 3-4 quotes tommorrow, from other books as well.
