I agree. Bandung used to be beautiful. In fact, in Indonesia it was called as Paris of Java, but it is not very well-planned and development is not checked. The traffic is very bad especially in the weekends

Side info:

Indonesia is technically the largest muslim country in the world, having more muslims as citizens than any other country, although its laws are not sharia laws (our penal code is based on the dutch penal code, having been occupied by the Dutch for around three cenutries), with the exception of the province of Aceh and some districts. There are also religious (Islam) courts for marriage, family, inheritance cases and any other cases that require rulings based on sharia.

The president is directly elected, as are parliament members, governors and mayors. Indonesian media and press are the most free in Asia.

Goss- I'm loving the pictures!! Especially the russian tea room, and the library! Ahhh what a place to spend a couple of days in, pouring over books and books and books. I love libraries, such magical places. And the inside of the masjid looks so awesome, shame no one goes there.

Na7la- Those falls are gorgeous subhanAllah!

Pakistan- The CN tower is beautiful at night I've found, not so much in the day time.. it's like this talll and wide slab of concrete lol.

Sarahad- Beautiful sunset pictures mashaAllah, i'm sure seeing that never gets old.

There aren't any wild animals roaming the streets here, you'll find them in the zoo's and game reserves etc, so its quite safe, except for the crime that is.

i'll show my little town.. some members here need not mention the beauty in my vast empire of a little town/village eg musaafirah.. lmao...

And first we have a building in the middle of town centre that happens to have Abbey national inside it.. yes we have banks.

And next... the most important place in any locality... the fire station:
