Especially for a woman who is menstruating? And i mean reciting it from memory, not touching and reading from the quran.

i dont hav no evidence, but i herd u can recite from memory, as long as u dont touch the quran etc

Yes you are, especially if you fear that you make forget; in order to keep your hifdh strong....I think Ibn Taymiyyah held this opinion allahu a'lam. I'll try and get the daleel.
