It is not that i am against memorizing ahadees, but i have serioud doubts on thee authenticity of the this hadees, this hadees is either incomplete or taken out of context or fabricated

it says that whosever memorises and preserves...

it is had to find such records stating that the Rightly Guided Calpih ( the best of the best amoung all the muslim Caliphs of the ummah) did tried to preserve ahadith in their respective era, we see a small effort & collection of ahadith in that period, even this small effort & collection of ahadith was not sponsored by the Caliph nor was by the order of the Rightly Guided Caliphs of Islam. Now my question is, if this hadith is 100% right, then why didn't the 4 Caliphs did any effort to benefit from it?

Secondly Ahadith is not for the memorizing purposes, it is for the implementation, thats where the muslims of today have lost it all, they have comeup with ahadith signifying the importance of little tasks as memorizing ahadith with big big benefits in the after world, by only memorizing ahadith and preserving few of them will grant them the status of Scholar and Jurists...why should one would be devoting his life on research and analysis of Islam, they can attain the status by memorizing and preserving 40 ahadith... think about it... why should i spent sleepless nights preparing for my MBBS or any other degree, when i can enjoy same status by reading a book or two???
