Am i right?

aslamlaykum,

durring this month of ramadan ive gone to see some family and friends and have gone down to my husband- to - be's house. and when i was there me and his sister and sister in law got into a debate, about fasting when a women is pregnate. what i seaid was that a women doesnt have to fast during this month because allah has forgiven her, however after she has had her child and has also finished breastfeeding. she should keep up the fasts. however they did not agree with me. can some please elabrate on this and what does the quran and hadith say about this.
