i think i have slight fever and body pains:exhausted.Its not much of a trouble though , its allowed for me to fast right ?

Why not ?. You are allowed to fast if fast is not causing a serious health problem to you.

Actually during an illness, a patient should not be forced to eat or drink if they don't feel like it. The body body needs it to heal itself and needs the energy that would otherwise be spent on digesting food. This is why we lose our appetite when we are ill. It will be good to fast. It's only a matter of hours. :)
