Which brothers should I PM, who is really sound in their understanding and explanation of Islam i.e misconceptions or things i dont understand.

Also where should i post the questions on the forum?

Advice/Support will probably be your best bet, but we would advise you to go to sites such as DarulIftaa.com or AskImam.com with your Fiqh/Islamic Rulings/Jurisprudence questions, because there are no scholars here on this forum (to our knowledge) that can answer your questions. You don't want answers from laymen like us!
