There are 2 ways:
1. you save the pictures to your computer, then you attach those picture files to your post
OR:
2. you upload those pictures to web-based photo albums, such as flickr, picasa, photoweb etc. then you link those photo address in your post.

Second option is much better because we are then able to view the pictures directly.
