You can view and edit your profile using your User CP. Limited members cannot view anyone's profiles by using the member's username.

Yes, you cannot access it using that link. Use http://www.islamicboard.com/control-panel/ to change/view your control panel.

Until you have 50 posts, you can't view any userprofiles but you can access the control panel
