if one has a something on their skin that water cant get through during wudoo (hence their wudoo/prayer not valid) and after a day they remember that they forgot to remove this barrier, do they have to make up the prayers they prayed without this valid wudoo even after the time has passed? i cant find this anywhere :'(

^ I would get a trusted opinion from a scholar because situations can vary, can depend on a number of situations and what the actual barrier is whether it was a bandage plaster to cover a wound, cream, nail varnish etc.

:sl: Sister,

The following two links give similar situations (mainly referring to ghusl) but are useful nonetheless:

http://islamqa.com/en/ref/50320
http://islamqa.com/en/ref/99538/wudoo'%20%20barrier%20%20forget

What I find highly disturbing is that some henna tubes are barriers. I once had some on, and after three days it started rubbing off my skin like pencil eraser rubbings. I assumed tubed henna to be safe! Or maybe that was a one off, I don't know. I never used it again after that. If I wear it again it will be the pure powder stuff.

Allah knows best.

:sl: Sister,

I couldn't find anything specifically on accidentally/forgetfully lifting the compulsory parts of the body during sujood, but I found the following:

http://islamqa.com/en/ref/33761/prostration

Also see the below link - point vii especially:

http://islamqa.com/en/ref/65847/sujo...ts%20of%20body

Sorry I couldn't find anything more specific.

Allah knows best.
