i dont feel that my adaab, respect and patience is up to scratch, especially towards people. i feel that i get too angry and impatient with them too quickly.

can i have some lectures, articles (preferably short as i dont really have the time or patience :embarrass) regarding the importance of adaab in Islam, what it means and how to attain it. :)

yep aadab is very important in islam unfortunatly its been taken out of the lives of ppl and replaced with disrespect and those who do have aadab r looked down upon and are ' un-cool'

The Prophet (saw) was the best example of all desirable traits one could hope to possess. Read the seerah of the Prophet InshaAllah or watch:

Characteristics of the Prophet (saw) Yasir Qadhi - Just follow the other parts from there inshaAllah.

hmm yes adaab is important, It's best to learn adaab before you learn anything else. good adaab is the base. I'll try find you some

fasting/hunger/zikr and Quran recitation

increase imaan - increase adaab :)
